She qualified with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of East London in 2017. Her experience includes verified work with people living with chronic pain, as well as broader emotional and health-related difficulties.
Annie is a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist in Mental Health Liaison Services at Broomfield and Basildon Hospitals.
Annie believes therapy works best when it creates a shared understanding and reflects each person’s needs, preferences, strengths and circumstances. She draws particularly on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and integrative psychological approaches.
